If you fail the first test you are given a 6-8 week period to improve your fitness at which you must arrange yourself another fitness test after 6 weeks but before 8 weeks then contact your Afco to send you another letter, if you fail a second time your application is frozen for 3 months after which your Afco will contact you to ask if you wish to continue, if you're licky you can restart your application from the physical if not you must redo the entire process
