Report this post. Hi! I can not sync my MyFitnessPal account and my versa account. It logged nothing for yesterday on my Fitbit app but it did count my steps on my fitness pal. Today, neither are syncing, even after disconnecting them and reconnecting them many times. Frustrated and confused!

However, nothing syncs from my Fitbit to MyFitnessPal. I log all of my food on MyFitnessPal and it shows up on Fitbit as does exercises. But my step count is zero on MyFitnessPal (I have I over 12,000 steps to day) and my workouts from Fitbit don't show up on MyFitnessPal either. I've tried forcing a sync and unlinking then relinking my accounts and that has not worked either. Help!

I have to go in and Re do everything on both fitbit and myfitnesspal pal from the website not the app. That will usually work. Disallow sharing and remove the apps from each other and start over. That’s the only thing that’s worked fo me. Make sure you’re on the websites and not the app!
