• Shut off all power to the spa at the breaker and spa pack
• Set your Ohm meter to the 20K setting
• Locate the wire ends and remove the plug from the board
• Place your meter leads onto the green and red wire

Fill a cup or small container with ice and water. Take a clean cup and fill it with about 6 fluid ounces (180 mL) of clean water and add few ice cubes to bring down the temperature. Wait a few minutes to allow the ice to chill down the water. The cold water will serve as a reference measurement for your sensor.

The location of the temp sensor can vary from one manufacturer to the other. To find the temp sensor open the control box below the spa and locate the circuit board. The circuit board may have labels mentioning sensors or thermostats. A wire should be present and plugged into this part.

The Temp Sensors are located in the filter compartment on the side. They are unscrewed from the inside of the tub and the wire is fed through the tub into the equipment compartment. Follow the wire to the PC Board.
