On the watch itself, go into the applications wheel and find the Shealth app and open it. Spin the dial all the way to the right, and you find settings. Go into the Health Nudges and disable everything.

*Since Gear and iPhones are connected via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), data loading and app download speed on the Gear device may be slow. *In case of unstable connection to Gear S2 with iPhone 6S or 6S+ running iOS 10 and later, access the Bluetooth menu in Settings and unpair all connected Bluetooth devices but do not unpair the Gear S2 LE connection.

Turn on the Gear and then tap CONNECT TO GEAR. e). When the Bluetooth pairing request window appears, confirm the passkeys displayed on your Gear and mobile device match. Then tap OK. f).
