Oh yes, the H10 obviously works with any Android device to display HR using the Polar Beat app, other apps as well - you could run them on wear I guess as they use pretty standard services. I once wrote a BT LE HR display for Android back at 4.4 (just as BT 4 introduced) so the software is trivial.

You can pair H10 with more than one Bluetooth devices, but usually you can use it with just one at a time. However, with the Polar Beat app, you can turn dual Bluetooth setting on, and then you can use H10 simultaneously with two devices, for example with compatible gym equipment and your Polar device and see your live heart rate in both devices.
