All members must be 13 years of age or older.
Whether or not that is part of the contract, this is an easy way to keep people stuck in a membership where you pay an additional fee without being asked to renew. Not only that, but when you cancel you membership, you pay 1 extra month and another $15 fee for canceling. I would NEVER sign up at an EOS gym again because of this policy.
