I hadn't thought of the ink possibly being toxic. Something similar to this ink could be a very popular thing if it could be made to work as tattoo ink. I couldn't find for sure that the ink is non toxic but this site says that they DON'T contain any toxic solvents. It also answered the question about if the pen or the stuff written is exposed to high temperatures like in a hot car.
